Project Management

• Assists in the bidding phase of major projects determining scope, budgets and schedule.
• After a project is signed, detailed drawings are developed for all areas and regular drawing reviews are scheduled with the owner to be sure layouts are what the owner is expecting and scope is met.
• Work with the Agra Industries, Inc. scheduler to finalize the project schedule.
• Detailed bid packages are developed for various phases of construction. (Concrete, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Carpentry, Electrical, Controls, etc.)  These bid packages include owner's safety requirements, Agra Construction Safety requirements, OSHA requirements, detailed scope of work, detailed drawings and milestones.
• Review budgets, job costs and payment applications as required per contract.
• Regular site visits and bi-weekly onsite progress meetings with the owner to review site safety, schedule and issues.
• Develops Agra Industries, Inc. organizational chart specific to the project.

Site Superintendent/Foreman - Agra Construction

• Oversee the work that is being performed by subcontractors to be sure that scope is being followed and schedules are being met.
• Conducts weekly site progress meetings with subcontractor’s foreman and/or project manager.  Review site safety audits. Review the past week for progress and make a plan for recovery if anything has slipped in the schedule.  Have a one week look ahead to be sure subcontractors are prepared and have material needed to do the work.  This keeps all subcontractors involved with onsite activities and will help them to foresee any possible concerns or issues.
• Makes quality assurance inspections on all work performed;
  • Site layout.
  • Concrete inspections – check layout of rebar, anchor bolts, embed plates, concrete form layout and dimensions and elevations.
  • Pre-engineered building layout, and installation.
  • Equipment installation layout and location.
  • Millwright layout and installation.
  • Electrical installation layout and location.
